Man-ful environment

I used to live in a man-free environment since I was born.
My dad had worked night shift since I was born. I only saw him during the daytime and Sundays. We never, well I should say seldom get along well. Most of the time we argued. I went to a boy and girl school but there're less than 5 guys every class.
In short, I don't know how to get along with guys.

Now I work in a man-ful environment. There're only 2 other female colleagues in my team. A very good chance for me to study the other gender. Lucky (unlucky) enough, they never treat me as a female, they do what they used to do when there're no female.

Several obsevations:
1. 99% of the time they watch girls on the street (except me)
2. 100% of the time they comment on the girls.
3. 100% of the time they comment about their 1. appearence 2. figure 3. make-up
4. They swear.
5. They swear 10 times more after alcohol
